Registration is required to attend all the scientific sessions and social events. Please note that only fully registered participants will be admitted to the scientific sessions. A personalized confirmation e-mail will be sent to each participant once the payment of the registration fee has been received either through the online system or in the Conference's bank account.

Cancellation policy and replacements (Name Changes)
Notification of cancellation must be sent to the Conference Secretariat (email: congresos@verticesur.es). Cancellation notification received before June 30, 2017 will be refunded excluding an 80 € administration fee. Cancellation received between July 1 and September 30, 2017 will be refunded to a maximum of 60%. No refund will be provided for cancellations received after October 1, 2017. Please note that refunds will be processed by bank transfer after the Conference.
Substitute attendees from the same organization are welcome. Substitution notifications have to be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat (email: congresos@verticesur.es).
Congress badges
Congress participants are kindly requested to wear their Congress Badges at all times for identification and for security reasons. Congress badge will be required to access the lunch hall and coffee breaks.
