Registration
You can register through the online registration system:
New registration in the Venue (Technical Secretariat).
Any participants requiring an invitation letter in order to obtain their visa should contact Ms. Cristina Soriano by email csoriano@cebas.csic.es
Please note that the deadline for early bird registration is 11th May 2015.

• Symposium gala dinner
• Symposium Book of Abstracts
• A copy of the Acta Horticulturae symposium proceedings
• Technical visit

(1) A proof of your student status will be required for registration.
Accompanying guests may purchase event tickets to the technical visit and gala dinner.
Registration Cancellation Policy and refunds
Cancellations notified in writing by May 15th will be refundable minus an administrative fee of 100€ incurred during the refund process. After this date, refunds are no longer available.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions.
