Accompanying persons can be registered at a cost of €400 which covers all meals and coffee breaks, drinks receptions, attendance at conference dinner, transport to/from conference dinner and administration fee.

Becas estudiantes SEFV
La SEFV concederá dos ayudas correspondientes a la inscripción en Nutriplanta2016 de dos estudiantes socios de la SEFV. La adjudicación se realizará por el comité de selección, previa valoración de los méritos presentados por los candidatos. Los interesados deberán enviar a la Secretaría Técnica del Simposio su CV, copia de la comunicación presentada, copia de la matrícula en programas de formación y Vº Bº del responsable del grupo de investigación.
Registration Cancellation Policy and refunds
Cancellations notified in writing by July 31st will be refundable minus an administrative fee of 100€ incurred during the refund process. After this date, refunds are no longer available.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions.
