(*) A proof of your status will be asked for when you arrive at the congress.
Invoices will be issued for every fee paid and mailed to your e-mail address.
Accompanying persons can be registered at a cost of €350 which covers all meals and coffee breaks, drinks receptions, attendance at conference dinner, transport to/from conference dinner and administration fee.
Registration
Registration and hotel booking will only be possible online via this website. Please note that after 31 March 2015 registrations will be processed as on-site registrations therefore some services cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, we accept payment for late registrations only by credit card or cash.
The registration fee includes:
- Attendance at all scientific sessions
- Memory stick containing electronic copies of all abstracts and the programme
- Conference bag and daily programme summaries of scientific sessions and social activities
- All meals, coffee breaks and drinks receptions
- Technical tour
- Conference dinner at Restaurante la Casa del Reloj
Registration Cancellation Policy and refunds
Cancellation must be always confirmed in writing: don't forget to include all your bank's information. All cancellations must be notified before 31 March 2015. All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of €75. After this date there can be no refunds.
