Registration will only be confirmed once payment has been verified by Accounting. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the payment is registered.

In the following days you will receive the corresponding payment invoice and registration confirmation.


Registration Cancellation Policy

  • Notification of cancellation must be sent to the Conference Secretariat (email: congresos@v­erticesur.es)
  • Cancellation notification received before june 30th, 2026 will be refunded
  • Cancellation received between (july 1st - july 15th), 2026 will be refunded to a maximum of 50%
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations received after july 15th, 2026
