Social Events & Tourism

All participants of the workshop will enjoy a welcome event, an official conference dinner and tourist visits to iconic locations of the city of Salamanca.

If you would be so kind, we need you to answer the following questions for good management of the Conference


• The deadline for online registration is May 30, 2025. After this date, you will only be able to register at the conference venue.

Registration Cancellation Policy and refunds

• Notification of cancellation must be sent to the Conference Secretariat (email: email )

• Cancellation notification received before May 15 will be refunded

• No refund will be provided for cancellations received after May 15

• Please note that refunds will be processed by bank transfer after the Conference

(*) An administrative fee of € 25 will be applied to all returns


Payment

Only registration forms properly filled in and accompanied by their proof of payment will be processed.
Registration will only be confirmed once payment has been checked by the Technical Secretariat.

Terms and Conditions

Organizer reserves the right to make last minute changes without prior notice, should the need arise.

Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.

ORGANIZER reserves the right to make changes to the terms at any time without notice to each participant, so please check back and review the terms from time to time. In the event that any term or provision of the terms shall be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such term or provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or provision.

Press permission must be obtained from ORGANIZER and conferences organizing committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing.

Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.


Legal notice and privacy policy

Payment with virtual POS: in compliance with the EMVCo, MasterCard, VISA and European PSDII Directive regulations, during the electronic payment operation, information regarding the connection used in the session will be communicated to the card issuing Bank in order to validate the payment operation carried out by the user.
